International Users

Currently, our beta is available to users in the United States and Canada. All data is processed and stored in HIPAA-compliant facilities in the United States.

If you're outside North America and join our beta, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States under the same privacy protections described in this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our beta evolves. We'll notify all beta testers at least 30 days before any material changes take effect.

You'll always have the option to review changes and decide whether to continue using MigraineAlly under the new terms.
